Big Update Very Closely Nearby

A new state is about to join the other 5 already represented on the site! Soon you will be able to see a page for every route in that state. It's probably not difficult to guess which state is coming next. But I will have that state visible to all audiences within the next week. I have rough drafts of all 164 new pages completed and ready to go! The only remaining work is to check each page for bugs and fix any minor issues.

​If you have paid attention to my Flickr page, you might have noticed another addition of more than 2000 photos. Those photos are from my big 2025 trip through Minnesota and North Dakota to Montana, Washington, and California! I drove all of Interstate 15 on this trip. I also traversed long stretches of US Route 10, Interstate 90, Interstate 94, and US Route 2. I have now driven the entire length of US Route 52, with the small exception of 7 miles I had to skip in southeast Minnesota because of a construction detour. This trip resulted in about 10 to 12 new photos for the national-scale portion of the website. Those photo updates will take place soon, but the shield cutout photos on the national main page have already been changed. See if you can identify which shield photos have changed on that main menu page.
