Wisconsin Highway 152 is a very short connecting route between Wautoma and Mount Morris. Much of its purpose is found in helping people reach the Nordic Ski Resort at Mount Morris. Wisconsin Highway 152 starts on the east side of Wautoma, at a road carrying both Wisconsin Highway 21 and Wisconsin Highway 22. It wiggles toward the north and east until it reaches its goal, an intersection with County Road G and County Road W at the unincorporated place of Mount Morris. The entrance to the Nordic Ski Resort is just another mile to the east on County Road W.

My photo of a route marker for Wisconsin Highway 152 comes from the first of many zigzags in the highway's routing. By "the first zigzag", I mean it is the first one north of the southwestern endpoint, along the northeastern progression of the route. Drivers heading north from Highway 21/22 in Wautoma will use this sign to locate the first turn in the routing of Highway 152. Many more turns are coming up for those drivers, too. This photo was taken on the way to northeastern Wisconsin in December 2017.
