^Wisconsin 155 starts off toward the north in St. Germain, December 2017.
Wisconsin Highway 155 is a very short north-south spur in far northern Wisconsin. It runs from St. Germain north to Sayner in Vilas County. The southern end in St. Germain is at Wisconsin Highway 70. From there, the highway winds northward and northwestward to end in Sayner. The northern end is not at any other numbered route.
My photo of a route marker for Wisconsin Highway 155 shows a junction marker seen by westbound travelers on Wisconsin Highway 70 in St. Germain. This is actually a northward jog in Highway 70's otherwise westward course. The sign shows people that, at the intersection just ahead, Wisconsin Highway 155 begins toward the north, but Wisconsin Highway 70 also makes a move, correcting back toward the west. This photo was taken in December 2017, during a trip to north-central and northeastern Wisconsin. Back to the Wisconsin main page. Back to the home page.
