^Wisconsin 191 starts off toward the east in Dodgeville, September 2019.

Wisconsin Highway 191 is a short route between Dodgeville and the small town of Hollandale, in southwestern Wisconsin. The entire route is in Iowa County. The northwestern end of the route is at Wisconsin Highway 23, which runs north-south through Dodgeville. From this terminus in that town, Wisconsin Highway 191 heads east, eventually steering more toward the southeast. After about twelve miles, Wisconsin Highway 191 ends at an east-west route known as Wisconsin Highway 39 in Hollandale.

My photo of a route marker for Wisconsin Highway 191 shows the first eastbound trailblazer seen by those turning off of Wisconsin Highway 23 in Dodgeville. This scene was photographed in September 2019, passing through southwestern Wisconsin on a trip that mainly featured northern Iowa.
