Ohio State Route 328 runs north-south in Hocking and Vinton Counties, in near-southeast Ohio. The route is an eastern alternate to Ohio Route 93 between Logan and McArthur (the county seats of Hocking and Vinton Counties, respectively). The southern end is actually along Ohio Route 93, a couple miles north of McArthur. Ohio Route 328 heads northeasterly for a bit as it gets started, but it soon turns more northerly to parallel Ohio Route 93 to the east. At the tiny town of New Plymouth, Ohio Route 328 joins Ohio Route 56 to jog easterly for a short distance. At the unincorporated place called Starr, Ohio Route 328 turns northerly away from Ohio Route 56. The northern end of Ohio Route 328 occurs at an interchange with US Route 33 on the east side of Logan.
My photo of Ohio Route 328 signage comes from the southern end near McArthur. Northbound travelers on Ohio Route 93 use the guide marker shown in the photo to locate the eastward turn onto Ohio Route 328. Ohio Route 328 is oriented toward the east when it first gets started, but it soon corrects toward the northeast and north. This photo was taken in March 2021, during the tour all around southeastern Ohio. Back to Ohio Routes 300-499. Back to the Ohio main page. Back to the home page.
