Ohio State Route 625 is a very short north-south route near Boardman, Ohio, which is just south of Youngstown. The southern end is at Starrs Corners, between the center points of Boardman and Canfield, at US Route 224. Ohio Route 625 runs northerly and northeasterly from there to end after only three miles, at US Route 62. The northern end of the state highway barely pokes into the Youngstown city limits.
