More Indiana Cover Photos

Most of my Indiana photos came from before 2019, when I decided to start taking more scenic photos that position the trailblazer signage in the rightmost third of the frame.  Those scenic photos make nice cover photos for the top of the page.  For these reasons, my Indiana cover photos have been largely missing or underwhelming. As a result, I have recently begun to stop to take nicer cover photos when I pass through Indiana.  I took a trip through Indiana to the Cincinnati area this past weekend, and that gave me some opportunities to get better Indiana cover photos.  See new cover photos for the following Indiana pages:

Additionally, I added captions to all of the cover photos that appear at the top of every Iowa page.  A few Iowa pages had their cover photos replaced, such as Iowa 333 and Interstate 80.
