^Wisconsin 146 starts off toward the north at Wisconsin 16, February 2022.

Wisconsin Highway 146 is a short-north south route that lies north of Columbus, northeast of Madison. It is the sole state highway serving the village of Cambria, Wisconsin. The northern end of Wisconsin Highway 146 is at Wisconsin Highway 33, just north of Cambria.  From here, Wisconsin Highway 146 heads south through Cambria. Then, it moves southward for another ten miles before ending at Wisconsin Highway 16. This southern endpoint is just northwest of Columbus, and most traffic coming from Wisconsin Highway 146 will continue southeastward on Highway 16 into Columbus.
