Wisconsin Highway 190 is a major east-west arterial on the north side of the Milwaukee metropolitan area. It runs east from Pewaukee to Shorewood. The western end in Pewaukee is at Wisconsin Highway 16, which carries traffic westward from there. The eastern end in Shorewood is near Lake Michigan, at Wisconsin Highway 32. Wisconsin Highway 190 is known as Capitol Avenue. At 19 miles in length, the route is important to those transporting themselves around the Milwaukee area.

My photo of a route marker for Wisconsin Highway 190 shows a northbound junction marker found along Wisconsin Highway 181. These two highways come together on the northwest side of Milwaukee. This photo was taken in February 2022, during a trip around eastern Wisconsin.
