Indiana State Route 128 is a short east-west route in Madison County, in near-northeast Indiana. The west end is at the concurrency of Indiana Routes 13 and 37 south of Elwood, and the east end is at Indiana Route 9 south of Alexandria.

My photo of Indiana Route 128 is the first westbound trailblazer off of Indiana Route 9. This is at Route 128's eastern end. I was driving to Ohio when I took this photo in February 2017.
