Ohio State Route 154 is an east-west highway in the eastern half of Columbiana County. It runs from Lisbon east to the Pennsylvania border, in east-central Ohio. The western end in Lisbon occurs at the central junction in town, at Ohio Route 164. At this same junction, though, US Route 30 is running east-west, Ohio Route 517 is starting out toward the north, and Ohio Route 45 is coming from the north to turn easterly. That means US Route 30 and Ohio Route 45 are both concurrent with Ohio Route 154 as it's getting started, but both of those other routes soon depart to the south. Ohio Route 154 passes through an interchange with Ohio Route 11, then it crosses Ohio Route 7 at Rogers. Just before reaching Pennsylvania, Ohio Route 154 crosses Ohio Route 170 at Negley. Then it become Pennsylvania Highway 251 at the state line.
My photo of Ohio State Route 154 signage comes from the junction where it splits from US Route 30 and Ohio Route 45, on the east side of Lisbon. The aperture faces north at a sign assembly showing northbound travelers on Routes 30 and 45 that Ohio Route 154 really gets going toward the right. The sign could mention that Ohio Route 154 also technically continues to the west for a short distance, but there wouldn't be much of a point in doing that. This photo was taken during the grand tour around northeastern Ohio in October 2022.
