Indiana State Route 250 runs east-west in southern and southeastern Indiana, with a gap near Madison splitting the route into two separate segments. The very western end is at US Route 50 in Brownstown, and from there, Indiana Route 250 runs east to a gap starting at Indiana Route 7 between Madison and Dupont. Indiana Route 250 picks back up on the other side of the Jefferson Proving Ground, at US Route 421 north of Madison, and then comes to the penultimate eastern end at Indiana Route 156 at the town of Patriot, in Switzerland County along the Ohio River.
My photo of Indiana Route 250 is along Indiana Route 3, at the north end of the concurrency of the two routes. The concurrency is very short and in Paris Crossing, at the southern tip of Jennings County. My grand tour of southwestern Indiana gave me the opportunity to take this photo, and that was at the tail end of April 2018. Back to the Indiana main page. Back to the home page.
