Ohio State Route 729 is a jagged north-south route in Clinton and Fayette Counties, with a slight protrusion northward into Madison County. Between Midway and South Solon, one can find the northern end of Ohio Route 729 along Ohio Route 323. Ohio Route 729 runs south from there serving Jeffersonville. Between Jeffersonville and Milledgeville, Ohio Route 729 passes over Interstate 71 and US Route 35; Ohio Route 435 can be used to access both. Ohio Route 729 crosses US Route 22 in Sabina. It ends at a concurrency between Ohio Routes 73 and 350 near New Vienna.
My photo for Ohio Route 729 shows a southbound trailblazer seen by travelers leaving the 4-way intersection with US Route 22 in Sabina. (Note that Ohio Route 3 is concurrent with US Route 22 in this vicinity.) I took a weird way home from Columbus by way of Cincinnati in February 2017, and it gave me the chance to take this photo.
