Ohio State Route 611 is a short east-west highway in Avon and Lorain, at the western end of the Cleveland metropolitan area. The western beginning of Ohio Route 611 splits from US Route 6 just west of downtown Lorain; this split doesn't provide full access, but it allows access to and from the west on US Route 6. Ohio Route 611 provides the only bridge over the Black River in Lorain, other than the one used by US Route 6 in downtown. As Ohio Route 611 proceeds easterly into Avon, it meets Ohio Route 301 and the freeway shared by Interstate 90 and Ohio Route 2. After the freeway crossing (and full interchange), Ohio Route 611 ends at Ohio Route 254 in Avon.
My photo for Ohio Route 611 shows the eastbound trailblazer seen from the interchange with Interstate 90 and Ohio Route 2. The aperture looks east at Ohio Route 611's final stretch. This photo was taken in October 2022, during the grand tour of northeastern Ohio.
