Indiana State Route 269 is a tiny spur in southwestern Indiana, protruding west from Indiana Route 69 into Harmonie State Park, along the southern reaches of the Wabash River. This is in Posey County between New Harmony and Mount Vernon, Indiana.
My photo for Indiana State Route 269 is at the eastern origin along Indiana Route 69 south of New Harmony. The depicted sign assembly faces north for southbound traffic on Indiana Route 69. My grand tour of southwestern Indiana gave me the opportunity to take this photo, and that was at the tail end of April 2018.
