Ohio State Route 254 runs east-west in western bits of the Cleveland metropolitan area. It's never far from Interstate 90's freeway portion. The western end is at Ohio Route 57 in Sheffield. The eastern end merges with US Route 20 at a point where Ohio Route 113 also ends. Just before the eastern end, a ramp is provided to access portions of US Route 6 and Ohio Route 2 to and from the east.
