Indiana State Route 264 is a short spur connecting Indiana Route 162 in Ferdinand to the Ferdinand State Forest, which lies to the east of town.  This is in southwestern Indiana, specifically in southern DuBois County.

My photo for Indiana Route 264 is at the route's western end.  The sign assembly shown in the photo faces south along the north-south Indiana Route 162 in Ferdinand. Northbound traffic uses this sign to identify where Indiana Route 264 gets started.
