Indiana State Route 8 exists in two disjointed segments in northern Indiana. In northwestern Indiana, Indiana State Route 8 runs east from Hebron to a point along State Route 17 just north of Culver. The other segment of State Route 8 lies in northeastern Indiana, from Albion east though Auburn to the Ohio border, where it becomes Ohio Route 18.
