Indiana State Route 106 is a short east-west highway serving as an alternate alignment to US Route 6 through the village of Bremen, in north-central Indiana. Indiana Route 106 occupies a former alignment of US Route 6 through town, as US Route 6 was moved onto a new bypass around the north side of Bremen in the 1980s.
My photo of Indiana Route 106 is at the route's western end. In this photo, US Route 6 curves from easterly to northerly to begin its bypass around Bremen to the north. The route marker depicted shows travelers on US Route 6 eastbound how to access Indiana Route 106 into town. Back to the Indiana main page. Back to the home page.
