Ohio State Route 621 is a six-mile rural road stemming north from Coshocton into Amish Country. The southern end is at US Route 36 on the northeast side of Coshocton. From there Ohio Route 621 runs north into the rural countryside, passing through no towns or populated areas. The route gets about half of the way to Baltic before it feeds into a narrow county road. I could not endeavor to explain why this road is a state highway, because it doesn't even lead into any state parks or government facilities, to my knowledge. Ohio Route 621 is in east-central Ohio.
My photo for Ohio Route 621 comes from the southern end at US Route 36 on the edge of Coshocton. The first northbound trailblazer is shown. Those turning off of US Route 36 toward the north will see what is shown in the picture, which was taken in March 2021 during my tour around the southeast quarter of Ohio.
