​Ohio State Route 345 is a short route southwest of Zanesville, connecting New Lexington and East Fultonham.  Most of Ohio Route 345 is in Perry County, but the northeastern end, at US Route 22, is in Muskingum County.  From this northeastern end in East Fultonham, Ohio Route 345 goes south-southwesterly to New Lexington.  It parallels Ohio Route 93 to the west.  The southern end in New Lexington is at Ohio Route 13 and Ohio Route 37, which share a concurrency.

My photo of Ohio Route 345 signage comes from the northern end at US Route 22.  This photo hails from East Fultonham, Ohio.  Travelers heading eastbound on US Route 22 will use this sign to locate the right turn onto Ohio Route 345's northern beginning. This photo was taken in March 2021, toward the end of the tour around southeastern Ohio.
