Ohio State Route 514 runs northeast-southwest in Holmes and Knox Counties. The southwestern beginning occurs in Danville, at the same point where Ohio Route 205 begins at US Route 62. The two state highways head north for a block or two, and then they split, sending Ohio Route 514 off to the northeast. At Nashville, Ohio, Ohio Route 514 crosses the duplexed highway of Ohio Route 39 and Ohio Route 60. The northeastern end of Ohio Route 514 is just past the point where it meets the northern end of Ohio Route 754. It lies at Ohio Route 226 just shy of reaching Shreve.
My photo of Ohio Route 514 signage comes from the northern end of Ohio Route 754 near Shreve. This is just southwest of Ohio Route 514's northeastern end. The travelers on Ohio Route 754, reaching the end of that route, find themselves looking north at this signage. This photo was taken in October 2022, as I was embarking on my trip to northeastern Ohio. Back to Ohio Routes 500-599. Back to the Ohio main page. Back to the home page.
