Illinois Route 133 is an east-west route through eastern Illinois, running from the Amish country in Moultrie and Douglas Counties east to Paris, Illinois.  This is south of Champaign and Interstate 74, but north of Effingham and Interstate 70.

Illinois 133 begins at its western endpoint along Illinois 32 in Lovington:

Illinois 133 continues east through Arthur, known for its Amish population, into Arcola to cross US Route 45:

Still in Arcola, Illinois 133 meets a diamond interchange with Interstate 57:

Illinois 133 crosses Illinois 130 near Hindsboro:

Illinois 133 crosses Illinois 49 shortly after crossing into Edgar County:

Then, as Illinois 133 enters the county seat of Edgar County, Paris, the route joins Illinois 16 east into town:

The concurrency of Illinois 133 and Illinois 16 terminates at the pair of one-way streets carrying the concurrency of US Route 150 and Illinois 1 in the heart of Paris, Illinois.  This pair of intersections comprises the southern end of the duplex carrying US Route 150 and Illinois 1, as US Route 150 turns easterly here.
