Indiana State Route 650, at just under one mile in length, is a short spur just east of Shoals, in near-southwest Indiana.  The spur's purpose is to connect the front gate of a US Gypsum plan, a heavy producer of truck traffic, to US Route 50 and the rest of the highway network.  Indiana Route 650 runs southeast from US Route 50 to the plant, in east-central Martin County.

My photo for Indiana Route 650 is the northwestern end marker, at the junction with US Route 50. This marker lies on the northwest side of US Route 50, to be read by traffic across US Route 50 to the southeast.
