^A junction marker that appears to northbound travelers on M-25 in Port Huron, April 2021.
Michigan Highway 136 is a fairly short east-west route stemming westward out of Port Huron. Specifically, it stems westward from Michigan Highway 25 on the far north side of Port Huron. Michigan Highway 136 wiggles its way westward along a jagged path to Michigan Highway 19, between Emmet and Yale. That's where Michigan Highway 136 ends after 18 miles of travel.
My photo of Michigan Highway 136 signage comes from its eastern endpoint in Port Huron. The guide assembly depicted faces south so that northbound travelers on Michigan Highway 25 know where to find the turnoff onto Michigan Highway 136's eastern beginning. This photo was taken in April 2021 along my trip around Metro Detroit and the Michigan Thumb; the stop in Port Huron to take this photo occurs right between those two vicinities.
