Indiana State Route 70 occupies two short segments in far southern Indiana. One runs from US Route 231 at Chrisney to Indiana Route 66 west of Troy. The easterly segment is shorter, running from Indiana Route 66 at Derby west for six miles to Indiana Route 37.
