Michigan Highway 34 is a fairly short east-west route in far southern Michigan. It runs from Osseo to Adrian, north of the western half of Michigan's border with Ohio. The western end at Osseo is at Michigan Highway 99. From there, Michigan Highway 34 heads east, meeting US Route 127 at Hudson. It then passes by the northern end of Michigan Highway 156. After passing under US Route 223 with a signed connector providing a link, Michigan 34 ends in Adrian at Michigan Highway 52.
My photo of Michigan Highway 34 comes from the west side of Adrian, where the highway interacts with US Route 223. The photo looks west at a sign for westbound traffic indicating a connector any vehicle can use to access US Route 223, which passes over Michigan Highway 34 just to the east of here. The overpass was right behind me when I took this photo in March 2019, as part of a trip around central and southern parts of the Lower Peninsula.
