Ohio State Route 545 stems north-northeasterly out of Mansfield for 15 miles. It winds through rural areas before ending at the tiny town of Savannah, Ohio. The southwestern end occurs at Ohio Route 39 on the northeastern side of downtown Mansfield. The northeastern end, in Savannah, is at a piece of US Route 250 that's concurrent with Ohio Route 60.
My photo for Ohio Route 545 comes from the point where Newman Street and Wayne Street converge into Olivesburg Road, on the north side of Mansfield. The guide marker warns southbound travelers that Ohio Route 545 is about to make a slight left turn onto Wayne Street. The signal in the background is one of the most laughable signals I have ever seen, with tiny arrows squeezed into inadequate 8-inch signal sections (signal lenses must be 12 inches in diameter, per the MUTCD). This photo was taken during a late phase of the October 2022 trip around northeastern Ohio.
