^Ohio Route 545 makes a slight left as it heads southward into Mansfield, October 2022.

Ohio State Route 545 stems north-northeasterly out of Mansfield for 15 miles.  It winds through rural areas before ending at the tiny town of Savannah, Ohio.  The southwestern end occurs at Ohio Route 39 on the northeastern side of downtown Mansfield.  The northeastern end, in Savannah, is at a piece of US Route 250 that's concurrent with Ohio Route 60.

Those heading north on US Route 250 and Ohio Route 60 will be passing through Savannah when they see this sign, pointing out the location of the left turn onto the start of Ohio Route 545. This photo was taken in April 2026.
