Ohio State Route 519 is a short east-west highway in southern Harrison County, in east-central Ohio. It is very rural, only passing through one town midway through its route. Ohio Route 519's western end splits with US Route 22, which has a more northeasterly angle. Ohio Route 519 stays more easterly, passing through New Athens, where it cross Ohio Route 9. After about 11 total miles, Ohio Route 519 ends in the east at US Route 250, near Adena and Harrisville. You'll notice that Ohio Route 519 intersects the three routes that converge in Cadiz; all of Ohio Route 519 is a bit south of Cadiz.
