Ohio State Route 19 is a north-south route running along the border between northwestern Ohio and north-central Ohio. The northern end of Ohio Route 19 is at Ohio Route 2, between Toledo and Port Clinton. Ohio Route 19 goes south from here, with occasional jogs and diagonals that add an easterly lilt to the route's overall southerly course. The route goes through Fremont to Bucyrus, where it bends southeasterly through Galion. The southern end of Ohio Route 19 is at US Route 42, at Williamsport, a tiny hamlet northeast of Mount Gilead, in Morrow County.
My photo of Ohio State Route 19 signage shows a northbound trailblazer on the south side of Green Springs, a small town on the county line between Seneca and Sandusky Counties. This is south of US Route 20 and Fremont, but it's north of Ohio Route 101. No other state highways pass through the town of Green Springs. This photo was taken in October 2023 on the northwestern Ohio trip involving the Lake Erie Islands.
