Ohio State Route 776 runs southwesterly out of Jackson into the countryside for about sixteen miles. It originates in Jackson at a junction with Ohio Route 139. It runs through rural areas in Jackson, Pike, and Scioto Counties. The end, in northeastern Scioto County, occurs at Ohio Route 335 at a point that's south of Beaver but north of Minford. Presumably, most traffic on Ohio Route 776 that meets this southwestern end will continue onto Ohio Route 335 southward toward Minford and Sciotoville.
My photo for Ohio Route 776 signage shows a junction marker along Ohio Route 139 in Jackson. As Ohio Route 139 is turning through Jackson, it's heading westward at this point, and it's about to turn south. Staying straight westward will place a traveler on the start of Ohio Route 776. This photo was taken during the grand tour around southeastern Ohio in March 2021.
