Indiana State Route 265 was a designation for the beltway around Louisville, from Interstate 65 in Indiana east toward the Ohio River.  Until 2019, the section of Interstate 265 in Indiana east of Interstate 65 was only a state route. Now, the entirety of the express beltway within the state of Indiana is designated Interstate 265.  That doesn't stop me from posting my old picture of State Route 265, though!

My photo for Indiana State Route 265 is an assembly that sat on the roundabout at Port Road, off exit 10 from the now-designated Interstate 265.  This roundabout is on the north side of Interstate 265, and the sign assembly depicted faces north at the onramp to westbound on the Interstate.
