Ohio State Route 356 is a fairly short route running north-south where Vinton County meets Athens County. The northern end is west of Athens at Ohio Route 56, alongside the Waterloo State Forest. Ohio Route 356 goes south from this northern end for about ten miles. The southern end of the route is about five miles west of Albany along US Route 50.

This photo was taken in March 2021, as I was on an exhaustive tour around the southeast quarter of Ohio.
