Indiana State Route 5 runs north-south in northeastern Indiana. Its northern end is at Indiana State Route 120, just north of Shipshewana and just south of the Michigan border. From that northern endpoint, it runs south through Huntington to end at Upland, Indiana, at Indiana State Route 22. It sort of forms a border between north-central Indiana and northeastern Indiana.
My photo for Indiana State Route 5 comes from South Whitley, Indiana, at the southeastern end of a short concurrency with Indiana Route 14. The signage depicted faces south on the northeast corner of the intersection, which is also home to the northern end of Indiana Route 105. This photo was taken on the way to Ohio in October 2022. I had an older photo for Indiana SR-5 along US Route 30, which got replaced.
