Indiana State Route 140 is a short two-mile spur south from US Route 40, out of Knightstown to the Hoosier Youth Challenge Academy. The northern half of the route is in Henry County, and the southern half is in Rush County, potentially explaining why no particular county wanted to take the route into its jurisdiction.
