Indiana State Route 218 is a pair of east-west highway segments that maintain a considerable length across northern Indiana. The western segment begins at Indiana Route 25 near Delphi, and runs east to Indiana Route 19 near Amboy. The eastern segment gets its western start at Indiana Route 15 at La Fontaine, between Peru and Marion, and from that point, it heads east to the Ohio state line east of Berne, where it becomes Ohio State Route 707.
