Indiana State Route 257 is a north-south highway in southwestern Indiana, running from Washington, Indiana, south to a point west of Huntingburg. The northern end of Indiana Route 257, more specifically, is at US Route 50's duplex with US Route 150, just west of its interchange with Interstate 69 in Washington. From there, Indiana Route 257 goes south under Interstate 69, to end nearly ten miles west of Huntingburg at Indiana Route 64 (not Interstate 64!).
