Ohio State Route 722 is a rural east-west route along the southern edge of Darke County. The western end is at Ohio Route 121, southwest of New Madison. The eastern end of Ohio Route 722 is at Ohio Route 49, northwest of Phillipsburg. The highway only passes through three tiny towns: Castine, Ithaca, and Gordon.
