Indiana State Route 160 runs from Salem to Henryville in south-central Indiana. The eastern end is at US Route 31 in Henryville, just east of Interstate 65.  The western end passes under the Salem Bypass carrying Indiana Route 60, but it turns onto a bit of the old alignment of Route 60 back southeast so it can access Route 60.
