Ohio State Route 665 is a short east-west highway south of Columbus. The eastern beginning is at a 4-way intersection with US Route 23, just south of Columbus. At that 4-way intersection, Ohio Route 317 also begins, setting out easterly to eventually curl northward. Ohio Route 665, though, goes westerly through the southwestern outskirts of Columbus. The final destination of Ohio Route 665 is the town of London, Ohio. It turns northwesterly onto Ohio Route 38 and Ohio Route 56 for four blocks. Ohio Route 665 ends at US Route 42, as Ohio Routes 38 and 56 are allowed to continue.
My photo for Ohio Route 665 comes from the eastern end at US Route 23. The 4-way intersection is home to the guide assembly in the photo, which faces east at westbound travelers on the east leg of the intersection. That eastern leg of the intersection, as stated before, carries Ohio Route 317. This photo was taken during the beginning of my trip to southeastern Ohio in March 2021.
