Ohio State Route 135 is a very short route in western Highland County. It is a shortcut between Lynchburg and points east along US Route 50. The northern end in Lynchburg is at Ohio Route 134. It runs southeasterly from there for less than 3 miles. Traffic reaching the southern end at US Route 50 can turn easterly toward Hillsboro.
