Ohio State Route 725 runs east from the Indiana border through the southern suburbs of Dayton, ending south of Xenia at Spring Valley, Ohio. The western end occurs as Indiana Route 44 crosses the state line. This state line crossing is halfway between Liberty, Indiana, and Camden, Ohio. Ohio Route 725 then heads easterly through Camden. After that, Germantown, Miamisburg, and Centerville are all served by Ohio Route 725. The southernmost interchange on Interstate 675 with a surface road connects with Ohio Route 725. The eastern end of Ohio Route 725 is at US Route 42 in Spring Valley, a small town just south of Xenia.
My photo for Ohio Route 725 comes from the intersection with Ohio Route 741 on the eastern edge of Miamisburg. A busy shopping district sits around this intersection, which is right between Interstate 75 and Interstate 675. The guide assembly faces south at the intersection, so northbound travelers on Ohio Route 741 can find the turn onto Ohio Route 725, and a way to Interstate 75. This photo was taken in October 2018, during a trip to the Dayton area and southwestern Ohio.
