Welcome to America's most robust driveway: this driveway to O'Hare Airport is an Interstate! Interstate 190 is a spur from Interstate 90 west into O'Hare Airport, at the northwest corner of the Chicago city limits. The length of Interstate 190 is about 2.5 to 3 miles, depending on where you place the start and end points. Interstate 190 begins at Interstate 90, which turns northwesterly onto a tollway, and the free Interstate 190 continues west past Interstate 294 and US Route 12/45 to serve as the main entrance to O'Hare International Airport. Wrapping around the circle drive through arrivals or departures will put you on the start to eastbound Interstate 190, exiting the airport and providing access to Interstates 294 and 90 from there.
Exits are numbered in increasing order from Interstate 90 westward into the airport. While it's unusual for an east-west highway to have exit numbers starting at 0 in the east, it's understandable to have the numbering scheme this way. Starting the exit numbers at 0 inside the airport might make a little less sense.
Interstate 190 begins heading west from Interstate 90 in the northwest corner of Chicago, near Rosemont. While this partial interchange provides no access to/from the west leg of Interstate 90, ramps through the Interstate 294 interchange will make that happen later on in this exit list:

Exit 1A leads to River Road northbound:
Exit 1B is for River Road southbound; however, for westbound both exits 1A and 1B are consolidated into a single offramp to River Road, which meets at an intersection (the exit is labeled "Exit 1", though that doesn't entirely make sense)...
Exit 1C is an offramp from eastbound only, leading to Interstate 294 north toward Wisconsin, and by extension, Interstate 90 west toward Rockford (there's that access to the west leg of Interstate 90):
Exit 1D, accessible from both directions, leads to Interstate 294 south, toward Indiana-- be aware that this is a left exit from the westbound lanes...
