Illinois Route 10 runs east-west in central Illinois, extending from Champaign to points west, including Clinton and Lincoln. The western end is in Mason County, and Illinois 10 connects to areas that are north of Springfield and Decatur, but south of Peoria and Bloomington. Illinois 10's junctions will be listed from east to west, because that's the direction in which I've traveled it.
Illinois 10's eastern end is at a bend in US Route 150 in the city of Champaign:
Illinois 10 heads west out of Champaign, under Interstate 57, to meet the southern end of Illinois 47 near Seymour:
Near White Heath, Illinois 10 crosses Interstate 72, and the two highways share an interchange...
Illinois 10 continues west all on its lonesome, and it crosses Illinois 29 at Mason City:
At Easton, Illinois 10 turns straight north, to end at US Route 136 in rural Mason County. US Route 136 can be used to continue west to Havana, Illinois.
