Illinois 152 is a short east-west route in southern Perry County, in southwestern Illinois. It runs west from Du Quoin to end at Illinois 13/Illinois 127. It kind of serves as a western extension of Illinois 14; I'm not sure why Illinois 14 didn't absorb this route.

Illinois 152 has no other junctions after that, besides the eastern end in Du Quoin at US Route 51. This junction with US Route 51 and Illinois 152 is only a couple miles north of the western end of Illinois 14.
