Indiana State Route 104 runs northwest-southeast, forming half of the most direct route between LaPorte and Walkerton in north-central Indiana. This is in LaPorte County and the southwest corner of St. Joseph County. Indiana State Route 4 heads southeast from LaPorte and turns due easterly, and at this turning point, Indiana State Route 104 is created to continue southeast to end at US Route 6 in Walkerton.
My photo for Indiana Route 104 was taken with the aperture facing west, toward a sign assembly guiding travelers on Indiana Route 4 westbound. This is at the northwestern end of Indiana Route 104, halfway between LaPorte and Walkerton.
