Indiana State Route 165 is a north-south route in southwestern Indiana.  It runs from the tiny town of Wadesville, northwest of Evansville, north and east to end at Indiana Route 65 in Owensville.  The southern end is at Indiana State Route 66 between Evansville and New Harmony. The northern segment, from Poseyville and Interstate 64 northward, is the westernmost north-south highway in Indiana for a stint.
