^Southbound trailblazer seen at the southern split with Ohio 110 on the south side of Napoleon, October 2022.
Ohio State Route 108 is a north-south route in northwestern Ohio. It connects Morenci, Michigan, to Wauseon, Napoleon, and Ottawa in Ohio. The northern end, at the Michigan border, connects to Michigan Highway 156. The southern end of Morenci, Michigan, is right at the state line. Ohio Route 108 gets started by running south a few miles to US Route 20. It joins US Route 20 east for a few miles to a new level of longitude. Then, Ohio Route 108 goes south through Wauseon to Napoleon, where it crosses US Route 24 and the Maumee River. The southern extent of Ohio Route 108 doesn't quite make it to Ottawa, but most of its traffic also uses the leg of Ohio Route 15 stemming northwest out of Ottawa. The southern terminus is just northwest of Ottawa at Ohio Route 15.
My photo of Ohio State Route 108 shows a northbound trailblazer a couple miles north of the Ohio Turnpike (which carries Interstates 80 and 90). It sits at an intersection with a local road. Northwestern Ohio has a great abundance of trailblazers, set up for travelers turning off of local roads onto the state-maintained highways. This photo was taken during the northwestern Ohio trip of October 2023. Back to Ohio Routes 100-199. Back to the Ohio main page. Back to the home page.
