Ohio State Route 123 is a northwest-southeast highway in southwestern Ohio. It begins in Germantown at Ohio Route 4 and Ohio Route 725, and it runs southeasterly through areas between Dayton and Cincinnati. Ohio Route 123 meets Ohio Route 73 in Franklin, and it passes west and south of Springboro. Later, it bends easterly through Lebanon, joining Ohio Route 63, and then joining Ohio Route 48. Soon, Ohio Route 48 turns southerly onto a short freeway, leaving Ohio Route 123 to continue easterly. The route then zigzags easterly and southerly into the northern tip of Brown County, where it ends at Ohio Route 251, just past US Route 68.
