​Ohio State Route 175 runs north-south in eastern Cuyahoga County.  That means that the route serves Cleveland's eastern suburbs.  The southern end is in Bedford Heights at Ohio Route 43, just south of the interchange where Interstate 480 joins Interstate 271 southward.  The rest of Ohio Route 175 closely parallels Interstate 271, as both highways progress northward.  The northern end of Ohio Route 175 is in Euclid, at Ohio Route 283.  Ohio Route 175 gets as close as it can to Lake Erie while still ending at another numbered highway.
